Free shipping within Australia

To the extent permitted by law, Rural Aid does not accept any liability whatsoever for the goods ordered and/or any loss or damage incurred by any person in relation to your order once it has been received by the courier for delivery to you.

We suggest that you have your order delivered to an address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the delivery. If the delivery address is unattended, our couriers are authorised to leave the goods at that address.

Dispatch and Delivery

Pre-order are currently open and orders are set to be dispatched mid-October.

Once the product becomes available, we will make every effort to dispatch your order within 8 business days of receiving it online. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

No deliveries can be made on weekends or Public Holidays.

Rural Aid uses the Australia Post mailing service. Please be aware that due to the current COVID-19 situation there may be a delay in delivery times.

International Orders

We currently ship internationally upon individual request.

International shipping costs vary and are calculated after a request has been submitted.

Goods Delivered Damaged or Lost in Transit

Should you receive goods damaged in transit please notify us within seven days of receipt.

If you have any reason for not being fully satisfied with our products, please contact us and we will either refund the full amount or send another shipment.

In the unfortunate event that you are sent the wrong product, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the correct product to be delivered free of charge.

If you order a product in error, a refund will be honoured for the product provided it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt in a resalable condition, that is, unopened with packaging intact in original condition. Returned goods that are received damaged will not be considered for a refund.

The refund will be for the original amount paid for the product exclusive of freight costs and will be issued within seven working days from date of receipt. Refunds are made using the original payment method and back to the account from which payment was originally made.
